Won't be long until I'm ready to paint my '26 10-20 International. I'm not sure if the steel wheels are painted red or if the whole tractor is Gray. Anybody know the correct way. I guess I've seen both. Also would appreciate a correct DuPont paint code for Gray and Red. I read in previous postings 27625 for the Gray and 71310 for a '36 F-12 but wonder if it's the same for a tractor 10 years older. Thanks for your help.

it's late so please bear with me. Please post a question for Guy Fay on the International section about this. I beleive that the 10/20 grey is different from the farmall grey (f-12's ect..) This question comes up from time to time and I haven't heard a difintive answer on it yet. I have an list I found somewhere on the web that lists some older dupont codes for the Mogels and titans, farmall grey is a different number. It would be nice to know the answer.

The red code for a 36 is 70019 (IH 50) -- I can't speak for the 10-20.

Those are PPG paint codes, not DuPont. DuPont codes for PPG 71310/70019 are 96766/7410.

Thanks CNKS for the codes. Do you know the proper color for the wheels and spokes etc.?

I don't know anything any earlier than 1936 -- you might ask your question on the Farmall forum.
