I just got a da sander and some roll 6" sandpaper from HF. The sanderpaper will not come off the pad. What's up with that? anyone else had this problem? Did HF supplier use the wrong glue for the paper? Also, Don't get your fingers down next to the little flyweight gizzmo, ouch.

take an infre-red heat lamp/suntan lamp
about 6" away heating the entire pad, it'll loosen the glue and fall off, dont heat it too long or your pad material will melt
