DeVilbiss JGA Part Needed

I have a DeVilbiss JGA spray gun that I need a part for. I broke the plastic needle that adjusts the air fan. Some of the seals look to be in rough shape also, is there a "rebuild" kit for this gun?

Not sure where to find this part. Anyone have any suggestions?

I have a JGA 502 that is about 30 years old. I got a repair kit for it on-line here a couple of years ago. It includes seals and springs but will not have a replacement fan adjustment needle. I don't think that is considered a normal maintenance repair item. Mine is brass, not plastic so you probably have a much later or different model. I don't think they make the 502 anymore. I'd get the DeVilbiss part number off the service bulletin that came with your gun and go to the nearest DeVilbiss distributor to find out if that particular part is still available. Depending on the age of your gun, it may not be. If you don't have a service bulletin parts list, you probably can download one from the DeVilbiss website. It may also depend on the age of your particular JGA model. I don't know if DeVilbiss has older parts lists available at their site. All JGAs are similar but not the same. Make sure you get the part number for your exact model of JGA.
