I shot another coat of primer and then topcoat. I shot that nasty stuff for a very short period, about 3 minutes with out fresh air, just to see what its all about. Instant headache, instant stomach ache, dizzy, it really is very horrible stuff. Anyone that doesn't use fresh air with that stuff is a fool.

I was getting it on thick enough, I even coated the 2 areas 3 times. The paint underneath just bled back through. Guess we will see where this goes in time. I posted 2 pics in the tractor section. This mix is shy 8 parts orange and made up with 8 of red. But check out the pics in the shop under flourescent lights. That orange rears it's ugly head once again. Paint went on well, only a couple of runs in difficult areas, nothing to worry about, no sags or major boo boo's.

I can't thank you two enough for all your help, wouldn't have gotten this far and this good of results without you guys.

Im going to work on it again tomorrow a little pit filling and some more painting on some other little stuff.

Thank You Again,

scott#2

The chassis looks ok to me. If you only decreased the orange 8 grams in a gallon, that's only 0.18% of the whole thing, and a 0.18% increase in the red. Or 1.16% less orange when only the orange is considered, if my calculations are right. I don't have clue as to how much it takes to make a visible difference. The orange will really show under fluorescent.
