What's the minimum temperature one can effectively apply Bondo? It's getting cool here in CT and I need to finish up winterizing my truck.

Someone else is going to have to tell you that. Personally, I would not apply below 60 degrees, but I have no basis for that statement, below that it's just too cold for me to get interested in bodywork. Even at 60 degrees it will cure slowly -- You may be better off coating everyting with epoxy primer, it is water proof, and if there is any doubt about adhesion it can be sanded off next spring. (This statement is presented without any form of proof)

Thanks CNKS. Either way, it looks like I'm going to need to figure out a way to get some heat on the job. I did apply bondo five years ago in around 50F or a little lower but that was a quick and dirty job to pass inspection and I'm trying to get this one right.
