I know a guy that pulls a 460 gas. It's not your tipical 460. The motor looks the same as a standard 460 would but he is pushing 155 horsepower. Don't quit know how he did it, but would you have to put heavier gears in it with 18 inch tires on it?

No,Is as far as Iknow same gears. That tractor has been pulling since late 70s under a differt owner it was state of IN.champion when they had a farm class when they still ran it at Preble IN.I know it was for at least 2 differt years it splitt years with a JD G with custom headers came out faceing the rear wheels. The 460 was parked for 15--18 years was bought bye Jess who pulled agaist it back in 70s.He and his brother got it running again to have some fun.He pulled it for a while. Then they redid the tracors paint wieght brackets wheel bars engine almost the hole tractor.Jess&Bill are very nice guys they might tell every thing you want to know.

I know that those guys know what they are doing to that 560 that they have. Me and my dad pulled the beat up rust bucket WC Allis down to New Haven, and up to Auburn as well. I imagine that the inncident that happened down to New Haven costs a lot of pocket change.

My dad said that the 445 had lost a weight and broke a rim. At Aurburn's tractor pull meating, I heard Paul Miller bring up the topic and I thought I heard Kevin say something related to what I thought had happened. Might have been mistaken. Paul and the rest of the guys decided to drop the speed limit down to 3.0 mph. Sunny Mathest wasn't to pleased with that one. Doing this might keep Gene Harrold's WC down in 1st gear.

yes I let a friend of my wife pull that had never pulled before.I had just won 4500 he was wright at first placa marker the tractor started to go out .He hit clutch not brake then dumped clutch tractor broke the hub & stood up on wheelly bars at same time. Then he clutched it again broke my front wieght bracket off loaded with wieghts.I bought 2nd 445 for parts now I am making a puller out of it. $500 later I like 3.5 it fitts my 445MM better. But I like it for our 600 ford.
