I have found 2 6 cyl. gas industrial engines and don't know what size they are or what they will fit. Both have torque converters on the back and may have came from a forklift. The Casting #s are 236191-R1 Can anyone help me identify them?? They may make good pulling engines.

A friend and I have recently acquired A Trogan Loader,it is a full cab with bucket and can be converted into a lift truck. The Machine number is E.333 and Model is LC.100, the tag also states that it was built in Batavia, NY. The Engine is a IH with a casting number 236191-R1. The loader runs good with a few minor repairs being done. Recently though after using it to move some logs, the starter quit working and is non- repairable. I have been doing a little research and I think the Engine is simular it to a Farmall 686 series (mid 1960's to early 70's) which some models came with a 292CID 6-Cyl Gas Engine, also some Combines, but I'm not positive this is correct. I have found some sites that have replacement starters for the Farmall tractors of that series but no pictures to varify they are the same part.
