Carefull there Miss Misery, If you go down there and start whoopin' up on the home track tractors you will be asked not to come back again and sometimes thur a certified letter. I know of a couple of pullers that this has happened to. Rule "Number 23.2, part C of section 4" states that the track owner can and will change rules as often as necessary to insure that his tractors always finishes first. Also, "Number 26.8" states that anyone who brings a tractor that is not "Red" then that person will be treated as a "Second Class Person".

If I understand correctly, the "letter" you refer to was to someone who had pulled with OTTPA, NOT SATPA. Alot of people are looking forward to seeing what Miss Misery can/will do, and knowing "she" is green won't make any difference. Just because "she" doesn't know that red is "THE" color, well, one day maybe "she" will come to her senses. As long as "she" runs legal RPM's "she" can run out of competition.

Why can't MISS MISERY pull in competition? Is it too new a tractor or a pro-farm or what? Sounds purty interesting.

Sounds like Mr "deerely departed" thinks SATPA shows a little favortism to red tractors. There may be more red ones down there but their rules discriminate against farmalls.

Lot of good folks and some very stout tractors at SATPA. It's a shame that a few of the rules are so one-sided and poorly thought out, that they keep good tractors and tractor pullers away.

Now,Mr. Flogger. Thought you were over the block situation. Miss Misery won't be able to run in competition because "she" doesn't/won't have a three-point hitch.

ALL colors are welcomed, if legal according to the rules the "committee" put together. As as been said before, each group has their own rules and to pull you have to abide by those rules.

Come play, out of competition, and enjoy the fellowship.

Hey MLC

I reckon I'm over the block situation. Just needed to remind Mr "deerely departed" that red tractors can get picked on too.

What's up with the 3 point rule? From what I was told removing the 3 point would make life a lot easier and safer for the hook/unhook man. I'd be all for that. What is the reason for it?
