I am making my 1960 farmall 460 into a puller and I need to know what things I should do to make it a good puller. Note that this is gunna be my first pull so I dont want to get to crazy with money. I have already replaced all 6 injectors and put a higher volume head in the injector pump. So it gets enough fuel. I need to get the head re-worked like all new valves seats and guides. but besides that what should I do? And I also need to find out were I can get a dry filter element fo the air cleaner. Thanx in advance.

I'd look in to a 560 or 706 motor and put that in. That way your up to 282 ci. Or you could get a gas 460 and find a 301 out of a 806 or 826 or 856.

Whatever the rules will allow. Port and Polish the head, add a turbo (even a stock one off an old 1066 or something), and make sure your injector lines will carry the fuel from the pump to the injectors. It's all about fuel and air.
