I went to a swap meet this weekend and I was told by more than one person that a carb from a 560 will fit on a 400 and make it run stronger for pulling. I asked the guy who had it and he said,"aww yeah it will work good for that". Well the thing isnt even close to fitting. It looks the same but the mounting holes are 90 degrees the other way and it isnt even set up to run the governor rod into the front of it. This thing wasnt all that cheap and I didnt know if there was anyway I could make this work and if I could would I even be gaining that much? I have also heard that the 400 card can be taken and have the ventura hole drilled out and a 806 ventura can be used. Is this true or anothor story and if true how easy is it and how can it be done right? Thanks for any help guys.

Good luck with that attitude there brother!!! When you post sarcastic crap like that, you'll be lucky to get anything. Be patient, sometimes you don't get replies because simply nobody knows the answer. There are also alot of daily posts and yours could quickly be pushed to page 2 where most folks probably don't look. If you don't get an answer in a day or so, repost and maybe reword your posting.
