What size tires do you have on it? I run a 1066 farmstock with 18.4 38's. in the 12,500, 15,500 & 18,500lb classes class I run 1st high (have run 2nd high in the 12,500lb class some cases) My dad runs a 1066 also and runs 4th low with the same tire size. he pulls the T/A a little smoother as not to loose the forward motion where I wait until the rpm's drop more as to not spin out in the faster gears. But not letting it get under the turbo. Some down here run 34's so they can get the higher gears with a really good gear to track combination. And some run the 20.8 for the same reason but have drop a gear sometimes. Nothing special about my 10 except a little pump work.
Just my input!

Stock you will probably have to run low 4. If you turn it up just a little you might be able to run in high range. The guys who run 66's in the profarm classes usually run high 3 or 4, but they're not exactly stock. The best thing to do is just experiment. Most pulls will give you a restart to switch gears if you stop before 75' good luck.
