Well, a nice day of good ol tractor pullin,, Ol John puts on a good show. My hats off to him. Congratulations to all who won today,, There was a pair of Allis wd's that gave me an education.. But,, I did get a 3rd in the 3500 mod stock,, 3rd in the Pro stock,, And 2nd in the super pro stock.. There was a White Oliver 77 driven by Mccannon,, I think,,, very strong 77.. I tried to run with it,, but spun out too soon. Congrats to all. I met a very nice guy,, named Don Karpel, from Ill??? Has a very good running WD. Had a rough start in one class but he got it out the door,, good job Don!!! OL Something Wilder,, ran good,, was strong, And is still in one piece,, LOL,,, Look forward to pulling her in the future. Chads

Chad, sorry I didn't make Princeton to see you guys pull...between Mt. Vernon, IL and about the US41 exit in IN Friday night, ran into a lot of "black ice" on I-64...lots of cars off in the median and such...got thru it all OK, but decided not to make the trip back down there Sat. morning. Hope everybody who went, got there in one piece, and got home the same way...looking forward to watchin' some of you guys pull next year!

Well, Im glad all went well. Saturday morning around 3:00 am, I hit the world's biggest doe (it was like a horse, I swear!) on I 94 down by the Michigan - Indiana line. That kind of ruined my chances of making it. I think I'd have rather had the blck ice..LOL *sigh* ..... ...AC
