hey guys... i have a 1944 stock IH "M" torn down. i wanna make a competitive div. 2 puller out of it.... what do you suggest to boost horse power?? or anything else for that matter. don't wanna put a pile of money into it. any info is appreciated.

THERES A GUY IN HOOK MAG MAKING NEW PISTONS 4.25BORE THE NAME IS VOSBURGH OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT !!!!YOUR GOING TO SPEND ALOT OF MONEY NO-MATER WHAT. IF THE BUGET IS TITE I HAVE A SET OF 4-1/8" IH PISTONS YOU NEED LINERS, YOU NEED A 8060D HEAD OR BETTER YET A 400 GAS HEAD (750.00)
FIND A PROPANE INTAKE EXHAUST MANIFOLD !!!!!

CALL CHADS HE POSTS ON THE BOARD ALL THE TIME !!!

Maybe you should put it back together if you want a Division II puller or are you looking for Division III power that you can sneek down into Division II? If you are serious about a Division II puller, look for a corn-picker gear, weight up to 7000 lbs and have some fun!
