Make them fron case sleves from a 451 or 504 diesel, they are long enough to use the material above the O ring grooves, JD 466 also work. Been there and done that.

Another option is L A Sleeve. Wiesco pistons in the neighborhood of 4.5, and diesel rods from a D 19 or D 21 maybe. Requires some machine work and stroking to about 6.125. Some grinding on the block and altering the oil pan.

4.5 X 4.5 X 6.125 X 4 X .7854 = 389.65

I know you are looking for sleeves, those i do not have, but you can use just about any type of liners. just have to custom fit them. If interested I have Aries alum. pistons that size along with alum rods, WD-45 head machined and proted, stroked crank lighten flywheel, reground cam, all for sale. Makes 425 cu in. stroke is 6.3175.

I will see if I still have his number. How much stroke are you going to run?

Well, I have heard of some pretty big AC engines,, over 400 ci, A while back,, Sharp's stroker service in Ohio had advertised over 400 ci.. I guess it depends on how many Hp you are looking for, and what class you intend on running.. I wouls start by getting ahold of a D-17 or a E series combine engine.. There you would have a high rpm governor,, bigger carb, and better cam. Post a meesage to Agent Orange,, He is a great AC man,, A very nice fellow!!! I built a WC a few years back that was 4.5X6.75,, ran about 95 hp,, ChadS
