How difficult/expensive would it be to convert a GVI from LPG to gas?

A friend of mine has a carb that came off a 605 gas. I think its a Zenith. It would need to be rebuilt but I think he would sell it if you are interested. Thanks Chris

You can do this very easily as mentioned but you need to go to a bigger carb, if you can find a carb from a gasoline G-1000 that would be more favorable. The carb from the 670 isn't big enough to optimize the power or size of the engine. If you have access to some parts books if so they did build the GVI's in Gasoline from the factory i think about a 100 give or take see what the parts books have for a carb p/n if being close to stock is desired

I am changing one over too .Went to salvage yard and bought a diesel hood and fuel tank and already had a big carb made linkage from origonal govenor to carb plus fuel line from tank.I think a carb off of a 670mm tsx-693 will work on your manifold.Didn't spend much to do it under 150.00
