I'M REPLACING LOW COMPREESION HEADS ON A MOLINE G, NEED TO RAISE THE COMPRESSION.

MY QUESTION IS, IS THEIR THAT MUCH DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE 4210 SERIES AND THE 4230-31-32
SERIES. WILL THE 42 SEREIS CREATE MORE TORGUE THAN THE 10'S . GOING TO RUN THE STOCK STROKE. INTENDING ON USING WELTER'S PISTON'S

THANK'S FOR ANY FEED BACK !!!

4232's have more compression than 4210's 4213's are about the same as a 4232 only round ports. they are cheaper and can be opened up some. If you are running stock rpms I don't see a big advantage with later series. I'm pretty sure the valves are the same size. I agree with LW, get a good cam, and intake. If you're burning gasoline, make sure you have enough octane with all that compression.

Stock heads unported 10-15hp difference use the 4232,make a bigger venturi about 25%, and change the cam and use the 670lp intake if permissible, 115 to 120hp at 1200rpm.

Well if you want it to make power at idle leave it stock but the venturi is worth 10hp at 1200rpm and it didn't seem to hurt low end at all its actually still mixing fuel just as well as long as a carb. can meter fuel into the air atomizing it, it is not to big thats why I said that you want to try several sizes on your tractor and when you get no increase in power back up to the last one you tried if do this on a dyno you can maximize your tractors potential.
