ok. I pissed around for two days trying to get this thing wired up and timed. HOW IN THE WORLD do you time it? I guess I need it in lame mans terms because I can't figure it out one bit....the distributer is a 60 one on an A.

Just installed LP distributor on my A. All I did was pull off the old distributor and put on the LP disrtibutor. Runs like a top.

I just went through the same thing on my A. I ended up timing it at 5 deg. atdc. This is what Deere says is the static timing on the 60 Lp. Then you can fine tune the timing after you get it runing. It doesnt take much to change the timing since it rotates at half crankshaft speed. Hope this helps and good luck.
