I want to pull my 1466 in the farm stock class, i was just wondering what gear people pull in and have good luck. It weighs 12,500 as is, and can gain to 13,500. It has all tread on the fairly old tires with fluid. I am having the torque redone in it ASAP, but don't know if before or after the pull. I know some one who can split a tractor, install, and put together to a certain point, in a day!(My friend had his done and works very well). So i may not have a TA (only hi). I will have regular drawbar, and front suitcase weights. any thaughts

Get the rules to the pull to see what weight classes are and what cannot be done. Take the top off the injector pump and there is a fuel adjustment screw. Back that off 5 or 6 turns if you have enough threads to give it more fuel. Adjust the RPM's to whatever the maximum limit is and you should be able to pull in 1st high with no problem.
