I have pulled a 37model z for years. We have adapter kits to install M5 series govenors in this style engine. We also build pulling motors for R,Z,U,UB, etc. Those little molines have a lot of potential. Few people reconize it though. It is nice to see other people get excited about pulling them. I have recently beat some WD allis, 70,77 olivers and like size tractors with mine. We pull 3500, 4000 div. 3 and even sometimes open. I pull 2nd and 3rd gear most of the time 14.9x 38 tires. We use to pull up to 5000 until the 600 cu olivers, farmalls, and molines came on.

This is for everyone. 100hp is quite capable. It does take quite a bit of machine work, lots of airflow tricks, and a good govenor to hold it there once you get it rolling not to mention a healthy pocket book. The old govenors are just to weak for this much power. We have a guy running one quite large, but he refuses to buy the appropriate kit. Needless to say it does not run as good as it could. Feel free to email me if you have more questions. The govenor kits include machined shaft, adapter plate, and screws, with or without govenor. All you supply is the gear from your old govenor, and the appropriate linkage needed for your setup.

Mark Damewood has some good points on tricks for that style of engine. I think it is fun to see just how much you can increase h.p. just by tuning. I e-mailed you yesterday. I may send you some photos of the RT soon along with my UTU. Let me know what you tweak out of that thing. It"s ok Chad. M-M is like legos. Bolt them together. Use good parts from other models! Good interchangeability and heavy duty! Just do it Chad. You know you want to!
