Need to know the biggest bore and stroke possible? Also the highest possible safe RPM? Has anyone done any creative counter balancing or balancing to increase the RPM's while decreasing the vibration?

the biggest bore is 5 1/2 and the biggest stroke is about 7 1/4. The RPM is 1600 to 1700.
