450 is all apart, engine out, disassembled, block is on the stand. I had a heck of a time getting the engine out! There was a piece of the nose cone from a starter, jammed along side the flywheel, and the bellhousing. It has been in there for a while,,, I was like WHAT? Bout 2 hours of moving the broken part out of the way, and the block finally came out, no hassles after that. Im having the cam lobes speced out to know waht the 450 cam grind is. The 450 had a good set of firecraters in it, 4-1/8th bore. Sleeves even looked good. See you then. ChadS

No, its getting new sleeves. Just making a comment on the condtion of the engine was in. when stroking, cant use the old used sleeves, just cause of that ridge at the top, try pushing the rings past that ridge, and you will break the rings or the ring lands of the pistons, or both. ChadS
