I just got a 450 Roosamaster pump for our 1256 and a set of .093 lines. The pump puts out approx. 400 cc of fuel. I have a set of 4 hole .014 tips. Are these big enough to run with this pump? Also, the pump came with a hardened shaft.

Way to small!!! You'll lock your head and rotor up right away! If you want to run 4 hole injectors, need at least a .025 if your pump puts out 400 cc's. If you need to get new tips made, a 5 hole would actually be better, you can run a little smaller hole then, get just as much fuel flow, and get better atomization, makes a faster more efficient fire from the fuel. If you need anything I can get it for you, we're setting up a 1206 and a 1456 for some guys right now, both 450 pumps, big lines, injectors, and some other goodies, etc.

When you say 400CC is that per injector, or for all of them in a given period of strokes? Is that done on a 1000 stroke count? Just thinking about my farmall down the road and getting ideas.

I would say you should go to a bigger tip. .014 seem pretty small especially if your 450 is good for 400cc's. Not good to pump a lot of fuel through such a small hole. May cause pump problems. Just go to .025, more fuel the better.
