Well, now that we know more of the story, I still don't see why he can't sell the 47A if he wants too(If he hasn't already sold it). What's the tied up in court stuff? Since you guys traded-- both of you must have agreed or it wouldn't have happened. Did you not drive each others tractor around and get a feel of it. How it started, how it ran, any knocks or weird noises. Again you must have agreed on the trade. From the ad I assume that the 47 doesn't have a stroker crank and from your earlier posts about breaking a crank, the 36 did. Not being use to a stroker did you warm it up before pulling? Did you open the petcocks when shutting it down, so that it wouldn't kick back and would coast to a stop. You have to baby those big JD strokers and not cause yourself problems. One last thing--you posted about breaking a 9.25 crank, but in his earlier ads wanting to sale the 36 he says it is a 5.75 x 9in. motor. What's the story on that? You trying to get him to pay for a crank that wasn't even in the 36 when you guys traded?
