Any idea if this will work on a 730 diesel???

Has anyone tried it????

If so, what do you need to do????

You likely have all the fuel you need. The HP is limited by airflow being maxed out. A set of high output pumps and 830 injector tips with six 12 thou orifices in a 140 degree spray is ample even when cheating. Then sneak in a N2O kit, not LP. Albert at Renaissance does the pumps.

Nitrous doesn't add any power to speak of without adding more fuel. It's not some magic rocket fuel. It's an oxidizer that adds an extra molecule of oxygen to the mix, and allows more fuel to be burnt, therefore allowing more power to be produced. It also has a cooling effect on the fuel/air charge which helps some. Adding nitrous to a diesel without more fuel won't do much at all. Adding nitrous to a gas-burner without more fuel is a recipe for disaster, as the extra oxygen will consume anything combustible in the chamber after all the gas is used, usually aluminum pistons.

The easiest thing to do is what Gpower said and get a custom set of injectors. If your running 2nd gear up to 9000lb your doing alright. If you want too run 2nd in any higher weights your going to need to do a whole lot more work.
My 720 will run second gear in 9500 on some tracks and I've got a set of Gpower's injectors. Talk to him he'll get you what you need.

GPULLER,

Garry told me the numbers that your 720 turns. I would like to get mine up in that range. I would be interested in talking to you about what you have done other than fuel. He suggested that there was a bit more done.

If you feel like talking, I put in my email address.

Your 730 pumps are the same as the 830 pumps. 830 tips wont help either. The spray pattern is too flat and all you will get is smoke without much more power. You can get new/modified/cnc tips that are designed for your specific needs that will be the same price as buying a stock tip and having them worked over. Your best bet is to get in touch with a guy that knows.

p.s. I can help ya!

Injectors are 315.00. You will need to also have the pumps checked and calibrated to match up with the injectors. I can do all that also. Give me a call, (903) 641-1148

Thanks
