That is OTTPA (Old Time Tractor Pullers Assoc.) here in NC. The location was Denton Southeastern threshers reunion, in Denton, NC. They pull 3 days at Denton and you can see the same amount of spectators each day. There web site is www.ottpainc.com

Tractor pulling is going big in the south!
Chad, that is the little PinkPiwer tractor, I do not know where she is but the tractor sticks out.
We are going to start on another PinkPower tractor this fall. The old 101 massy does not show up on the photo very well!It does not shine>

I still like the picture,, just good to see that the sport is well thought of in your area. the guys who put on this pull should be very proud to have a turn out like that. Is that Pinkpower's Little AC in the picture? ChadS

That is eight pictures put together. If you look close you can see two of the same tractor. The Allis Chalmers and the Kubota scrape tractor because they were moving. That is a very low quality copy, so it don"t take all day to download, but I will be more then happy to e-mail you a good copy for printing. oldpowerpride@earthlink.net

The hillsides are always packed with spectators -guess they are there to see all those RED tractors you see in the picture !!

Unfortunately, Denton has to have the HOTTEST weather on earth every July 4th weekend.

This year sure wasn't an exception either Ms Bulldog. Near steam bath type weather, but I think it was one of the biggest crowds I've ever seen. They oughta think about doing an 'encore in October.

'Gotta work next sat Agent Orange, but I've been hearing a lot of good things about the SATPA pull this year. I'm especially interested in that $10 buffet at the Smokehouse on the way home. Sounds like business to me. I'll try to make one soon.

You need to mail a copy of that picture to every pulling club around here (mid-TN) to remind them what a tractor pull is SUPPOSE to look like and how it use to be.
