The engine can easily be turned up to about 120 with stock pump and turbo, but be very cautious. What engine does it have? If it has either the 649T or the 2900 MkII, then you can run it safely at those higher hp ratings. The reason is that the 2900 standard block did not have oil squirters that kept the pistons cool, so after a while of running with too much fuel they would melt down. I believe the way to tel if it is a MkII engine is to see if you have the crank driven oil pump instead of the cam. To tell, look at the oil pan, if it has a deep spot in the front, then you have the crank most likely and therefore either the 649T or a 2900 MkII. Also, is it a series three? If not, be careful as you need the 4 pinion rearend to even think about handleing that power, the 2 pinion won't hold up most likely. That is just what I have heard of. Main thing to watch is the rear end and piston melt down. Maybe something like water injection would be the way to go?? I'm not a puller, so someone else will have to tell me how to overcome these problems.

depends on alot, but you should make around 1200 with a good P-pump and a big turbo.
more if you put on twin turbos.

a 3lm turbo is a good starter. if your club lets you go with a p pump or a 450 rosa for stock looks. the problem i have seen is not many gear choices in stock form but they are light to start with. get a good clutch also
