I don't know about everywhere else, but here in Mid-Tenn, the ones who have been pulling for a while remember how fun the sport use to be and it has become more of a job/headache than a hobby. Also you see alot of tractors up for sale this time of year, because some are changing classes or building new tractors for next year.

The guy that built the M with the cat engine brought it up here a couple of weeks ago to test and tune it on my sled, and it was one bad a$$ tractor! He had it weighted to 7800lb and it would pull 4th gear easy. I think it would run road gear in the 5000lb. class. It was the nicest conversion that I had ever seen. Whom ever bought it, got a very neat and well built tractor.
