We have IH 450 that we pull with that we would like to get more power out of. It is low on compresion and needs overhauled. We do not want to spend a ton of money on it but want to have an good speed class engine.

I built up a 450 in the spring, made 95 hp. had a 4-1/8th bore X 5-3/4 stroke. It runs great! You could go up to 6 inch stroke on the stock bore,,, Just have to do a little more block and cam work. That tractor runs in the Div 2 classes, 5500-8000lb second gear all the time. Im currently building a larger engine displacement, if you want, email me, and Ill give you some info. Chad
