Rotated the cam one notch and came out 6 degrees closer. Did'nt want the suspence to get you.

I cant even figure out how you can possibly come to that conclusion; if there is infact 29 teeth on the crank gear and 58 on the cam gear. For each 6* the cam moves, the crank moves 12*. And what you are worried about is how much the crank moves.

I wish I could figure out a way to post screen shots of CAD drawings so I could draw it up to show how it works.
