My clutch started sliping on my wc, all new parts and no oil on them. I dont think my pressure plate is close enough to the friction disc. does anyone know the distance from the friction disc surface to the pressure plate mounting surface? thanks

If you had the flywheel turned down they need to turn the same distance off the pressure plate mounting surface. You would be surprized how many people don't think about that when they turn the flywheels. As for the distance i'll try to see when I split mine or see if I have a flywheel here to measure for you. joe

Book says there should be 1/4" between fingers and T.O. bearing. hope this helps!
