Chad;

If this guy wants to pull again with that set up he needs to bring the documents (parts book) that show these wheels were indeed an option for that tractor.

I'm sure he would if he wanted to,, If he was Dq'ed for that in the light Farm stock class,,, and he pulled in the other classes,, was he DQ'ed in the other classes he pulled in,, or just the light class? We dug up our old operators manual for our 77 we had years back,, book was for the 77's and the 88's, has a paragraph in it that tells it had both cast, and dish wheels. Should just allow pressed steel on all of em,, end the controversy,,,,, To me, its only a matter of time,, seeing how our farm stock classes have evolved since suitcase weights are now allowed. Thats just my opinion,,, I appreciate the club letting me exhibition pull my 460H! Thanks! See ya soon. Chad

You could order the Olivers with cast or pressed steel on either the front and/or the rear. This applies to 66, 77 88 Fleetline"s and Super"s. This is supported by factoy literature, parts books, etc.

Tractor came out on cast wheels, Sorry about your luck ! Thats a visual item, just like top cut tires. !

If you knew an individual dressed his tires, would you protest him, before or after he beat ya ?

Some 88's came with press steel, its time to let top cut tires in, just don't touch the front edge,that would end of problem of dressed tires.
