shorten drawbar and wishbone to the shortest legal length. put the swinging drawbar on top of the wishbone and stack plates underneath to gain height. you may have to bend the drawbar to make it work.

might try that, i want to keep this tractor useable and in its nice original condition but i also want a heavy hitch so a compromise is needed. but can i take off the drawbar and pull from the rail the drawbar rides on, i have seen it done i think but want it to be safe.
