I pulled an old dry rotted set of 15.5-38 super torques for two years.(basically the same as traction torques)They were real sharp from road wear and the bars were worn really funny. They hooked up just as good as any 15.5 cut tire untill the edge got rounded off a little, and then they were just average. If there sharp, they"ll hook.

They work good if they are sharp.

We pulled an uncut set and found they work well in loose poor pulling tracks. The bars are quite wide, so they require more of an angle on the cut to grab properly. I've seen them win and also know many pullers who don't care for them. Personally I'd try an agressive top cut and give them a try.

Dad has a set of those in a 14.9X38 on his Super M,,,, The heavier the tractor got, the better they worked, not cut or anything, but flat across. Chad
