Just curious if your going to continue the 8000# and 9000# farm classes that were run last year? And do you have any schedules for this coming summer, and what if any are the rule changes. Thanks.

We will be having our meeting sometime this winter and these classes will be discussed. There were several people even on this forum that wanted us to start those classes, we did, and then we only had a couple tractors pull them. Personally I would like the classes to go another year and make a decision next year. If you want them to be successful start recruiting others that you pull against in those classes.

I don't believe that there is a schedule yet. It sounds as if we will only be having 3 or 4 pulls this year and no truck pulls.

I was one of the one's that lobbied for these classes. Then had to have 2 knee surgeries which put me out of commission for most of the summer. I pulled 1 time, between surgeries and had a good time, and would commit to it this summer if work schedule agrees and health permits. I have lobbied others who would pull in these classes, and was given the same committment that you guys have heard. There are quite a few pullers that pull these tractors in this 2 weight classes, just got to get them to show up. Any chances of having a class on top of 8000 and 9000 lb.. Maybe a 8500# that is run what ya brung? That might attract a few tractors, just a thought.
