I am not into Masseys, having pulled AC's and IH's. Can anyone tell me the worth of a MH 44 without the engine or rear wheels? I may have one to sell, and I would hate to scrap it out! Is there any intrest in these tractors? Thanks to all.

Hey 42,You would be better off keeping it and selling your Farmall.I was wondering if you have a H or M? If you who I think you are I hear your brother in law is building a Allis to show you how a tractor should run.HA HA!!! YELLER LAB

It could, but it would either have to be turning a lot more rpm's or have more cubic inches.

Hey 42Farmall, where are you located? I might take the 44 off your hands if you're around Northern Va. As far as worth, it might bring 300-500 on Ebay. The best potential for it right now is new rear rims and a cutom engine swap, pretty easy with that tractor. If a person had a spare engine, they might put it back original, but it's hard to find an engine without a tractor.

Or you can have alot more fun droping a 454 or 460 in it. Put a big sliper clutch in it,cage,18.4-38 v-cut,pulling hitch, kill switch, wheel bars, wide front end and go have a ball runing 20+ mph.

It's in KY. Did the continential engine come out in anything else? I suppose one could always build an outlaw with combine tires on it.
