The John Deere guys and I probably were the only ones that were happy with heavy to light. This was the first time I ever left a pull with Eugene Sellers pick up in the parking lot. I probably would not have left had I not been soaked and the weatherman calling for ice. I sure enjoyed pulling Kevins sled, but I forgot that I was in Princeton verses Sterling and used my tall gear at least once to often. GOOD JOB PROMOTORS!

Kevin's sled and John's sled is the best two antique sleds I have ever pulled on. Kevin's sled also makes a good road grader it is a good thing it is with some of the guys that run grader tractor's these days. It was a great pull at princton just like all of the NATPA and USAP pulls they are all good

Was wondering if you guys thought the NATPA would be interested in having a pull at our clubs Classic Iron show on Friday night June 8th in Evansville IN about 20 miles south of Princeton? We have a great out door track and arena grandstand to offer. If it rains we have a very small 200' horse barn. CharlieEnglishJr@aol.com

This was my first pull with the NATPA and it won't be my last. I had fun, tractor didn't run like it should but was still fun. I had the Case 900. Hope to see everyone at a later pull

5 Star General it was great meeting your better half, good food (a little slow) but GREAT COMPANY.
I would also like to thank the promoters for putting on a good pull. I didn't think I would like the reverse pulling order, but it turned out well. It was great seeing, talking to John Lampkin & Bubba Emmick.

EVERYTIME YOU HERE A TRACTOR TAKE OFF WITH THE SLED, YOU JUST HAVE TO LOOK AND SEE HOW FAR THEY GO. ITS THE GAME OF HAVING FUN AND SEEING ALL YOUR OLE BUDDIES.THE RAIN WAS TOUGH BUT GLAD THE BUILDING DIDN'T LEAK. HOPE YOU AND ALL THE NATPA PULLERS GOT HOME SAFE AND SOUND. HAVE A GOOD DAY!! Good to hear you are home. There have been some strange frustrations vented on here since you left.
The Bohunks north of Lincoln will still be celebrating lent when we get there. The pubs in the small towns fix up good catfish and carp on Friday nights. Might be a good place for supper.

Sounds like a good idea for Friday night. You are in charge. About the carp, in Pennsylvania I am told the only way to eat carp is to nail it to a board for a week than throw the carp away and eat the board, but I am willing to try the Nebraska Carp. Sure did not need the gears we talked about in Sterling.

I have to say the NATPA put on one heck of a good pull. I am not a member yet but i will be one here soon. So how does Kevins sled pull? I think i pulled his white sled in Brokvill IN. How they do the class on the sleds? Does the bigger Div pull kevins or how they do that?

We pulled Kevin's sled with 3500 div 2 tractors and I was surprised at how well we could get it started, but it does make a good bulldozer.

Kevin sled is is very heavy sled coming out of the hole. After you are done pulling he use it an bulldozer to fill the hole.
