What was the heaviest weight on the boat,, you ever seen a dead weight tractor pull?? Ive seen a WD Allis, pull 48,000 one night under some street lights at midnight. He weiged in around 4850. Was quite a sight. Dad's 730JD at 9500 has pulled it out of the ruts where the others get stuck and they drop like stones one at a time! Open rules on the tractor as far as what you can do to em, just 20 inch drawbar and sissy bars. Waiting so damn long in line to pull,,, to not make it to round two, can trailer the best and put Hp to the test, and found they were off by a few thousand in weight, or two. Everything from turbo charged 706's, AC 190Xt's D-19's, stroker M's, And your average bone stock tractor, walking all over them. Deadweight pulling,,,,, ,, its how real pulling is done.
