What's embarrassing about coming in 2nd?

Just what is behind those side shields the Oliver ran with? Bet the driver wouldn't show you if you asked!!!

It not embarassing to be second unless you are 50 feet behind first.

Mr Pyler or what ever his name is, might be to embarassed to pull his Massey 98 this weekend. He came to Eastern North Carolina last weekend and got embarased. He got out pulled about 50 feet everytime he pulled, by a Oliver 990. He was showing off and making a lot of noise but it didn't help. Bet he won't be back!

Shouldn't be ALL red in Pageland; last pull there were several green tractors and even the "other" red having a GREAT time. Some orange would be nice too - can't imagine an orange tractor would be scared to run against the various colors of red and green that will be there. Me and ihcSuperM (whoever he/she is) will be there having a Grand Ole time, and hope you'll join us.

Do the Southeastern Tractor folks still come to SATPA's pulls and are they still selling weights? I need one [maybe two] of the little 35-40 weights. Can't make it tomorrow but I may send the cash with a buddy. Keep em straight down there.

Yes I will be there. And yes, it will probably be all red but all other colors are welcome also.

I'll be there as usual.Like to see if some of these so-called tractor pullers could put it on the ground like they put it in words. By the way what do you think about pulling on a longer track Saturday? Will it help us or what?I know one thing,it sure will be different.Hope I don't try to stop at 200ft.SEE YA!

Perhaps I should rephrase that, We had a big turn out compared to what we have been used to lately. We even had 4 John Deeres. That is a record for us this year. Wish more would come. Would especially like to see some more 730's and the like.
