We had a local pulling club go under recently. I am interesting in starting it back up. My question is what has to be done about insurance? What policies are recommended? Is it wise to make the organization an LLC so if we do get sued over something only the assets of the club can be taken?

We only pull antique & classic classes in our club and we are also EDGE-TA affiliated. It is a great way to aquire liability coverage & also provides you with some great guidelines for rules. Good Luck! kip

Check with Carol Perkins at 800-237-3355 about the insurance. Allied Speciality I think is the name been with them about 8 years and they give you $5,000,000.00 coverage. This covers all events scheduled as long as they are informed before event. Check with her, great gal!!! We INC. but check with her. Any questions call me 270-929-5669.
