Another question,whjat is the lightest starter I can use on a 466 JD I see some gear red 11 tooth that say they work but am not sure? Any other weight reduction Ideas?

I like and use a direct drive Nippendenso found on allot of power units and I think it was also used on the 7000 series Waterloo tractors. The nose and back plate of starter are aluminum. Look similar to the older Nipp starter and quality and performance are the same but I would say they are about a third lighter in physical weight. They will crank fast and take allot of abuse.
