Has anyone ever used a 6 3/4" JD A block from Jacks Automotive in Hooper? How well do they hold up and what modifications are needed to install it? Thanks for your time!

Murphys has made pistons for a few of Jack's blocks. Stock D pistons have a really really tall compression height.

I've seen that tractor run, real strong. Wonder what happeded to it. Hopefully it isnt rusting away in somebodys barn.

Yeah, it runs pretty well. I've seen it run several occasions, although more times than not, I gotta look back to see it!
