I am in the process of restoring a 1940 Oliver RC 70. I have replaced the spark plugs and wires, distributor cap, rotor, coil and most of the electrical wiring. I have power to and from the coil and into the distributor. I removed a spark plug and grounded it on the block, but I still have no spark. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like trouble in the distributor. Possibly the points are not closing, the points are not clean (sometimes new points are a little oxidized or oily), there is a bad connection to the points, or the condenser is either bad or not connected good. It might also be in the rotor, cap, or plug wires and these can be bypassed by checking for spark at the coil wire.
