I have a 1941 Farmall H, rebuilt, sandblasted and primed. I need someone to get it to run, finish paint and apply the decals. I am in the Lehigh Valley area of eastern Pa. Any takers??? Any suggestions??

"get it to run".

What condition was it in when you started? I.E. .. did it run when parked? Or did you buy a basket case and assemble it/ or a parter? etc... clue us in, and you will get better responses.

The tractor ran before I started, it had been in our family since new. I replaced the starter, carb, battery, filters, all wiring, but I did not rebuild the engine. Six years ago I sold it and it sat in a field. I couldn't accept that so I bought it back and decided to try and restore it myself. It has been sandblasted, primed, put back together but I can't keep it running. So I am looking for an expert to finish my project.

New starter, battery, wiring, magneto, switch. It does turn over , fires but will not stay running.

Ifit fires up but dies, check fuel system.. I suspect a heavy float, or stuck float needle, starving it of fuel, or it is flooding out ..
