Model #134B 560 B000, serial #1B234G50170.
The machine has 2 flat tires. It's up on jacks and the center lug of one tire has been removed. But the tire does not come off. What needs to be done? Thanks.

If you haven't got the wheels off yet, here's what to do: soak the axle where it goes thru the wheel, with a product called "PB Blaster", or a commercial rust breaking, penetrating oil! WD -40, if you tried that, is no good for rust breaking. Try to get a commercial grade of penetrating oil, from a machine shop. Then, after soaking the hub well, for several days, get a large iron bar, some large wooden blocks, and a strong man to help. Set the blocks in place and use the iron bar to pry on the wheel. Some judicious beating on the part of the wheel that fits over the axle, may loosen them. Note: using a cutting torch is not a good idea, because it might get the insides of the transmission too hot. Although, i have used mine for that. I have an auto body tool we called a "Duck-bill squeezer". It has 2 halves, which are pushed apart by a hydraulic ram. It puts pressure on the wheel, and has gotten some off for us. If your wheel has one center bolt, with hammering on the end of the axle, with the bolt loose a turn or so, and pressure on the inside, i have gotten the wheels off! DO NOT use too much pressure as you can break the inner end off the axle shaft inside the tranny! HTH
