I have a 1954 JD 70 with the 3 point hitch and a 45W loader. I would like to be able to run the hitch and loader at the same time. I saw an ad, for a JD 70 for sale, on the AntiqueTractors.com site. The seller said the tractor has dual hydraulics by using a barker splitter box. Any info you could give me concerning this device, or how to convert my 70 to dual hydraulics, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Better check to see if there is enough gpm (flow volume) to run both then worry about how to split the flow. You probably will need a pto driven pump to supply the loader while the regular pump provides flow for the lift.
