I agree with the other poster. Samll fronts can be dismounted and remounted using a couple tire irons and spoons.. etc. If ya can't break the bead.. drive over it with your truck.. etc. Put a spoon in and pry the bead away fromthe rim.. slip another in and work it away and go around.. like a can opener. once one side is off.. start the other side.. should be easier getting the 2nd side over the rim as it will be setting in the trough of the rim and will be easy to get the irons under. If you plan on re-using the tube.. be carefull. I seldom reuse them unless they are almost new... I do save them for emergencies though, if they still hold air. After old casing off..check the rim for bents from demounting.. hammer back into shape if needed, then clean up the rim if there is any rust.. wire wheel, and paint.. let cure.. slip new casing old like old one came off.. once first side is on.. slip tube in.. have a valve fisshing tool on hand to get the valve out the rim when you are ready for it. Vegi-based lubes and tire 'soap' can be used.. but no petro oils or silicones. Finish getting the other sid eof the tire on.. and fish the valve stem.. and air her up. You may see directions on the tube box or tire casing telling you how much you can overpressure to get the bead seated... then of course.. reduce to normal operating pressure. I did this last on my 2n.. took about 30 mins per tire.. Honestly.. i won't ever do it again.. My local tire store charges 10 bucks to do it in 2 minutes while I watch...seems to be way easier that way... Soundguy
