I have an IH Cub which has been stored and not run for approx. 3 years. I believe I should drain the hydraulic and transmission fluids due to their age and replace them with new oils. There were no problems with the tractor when it was stored. I would welcome any comments, pointers on this matter; tips on draining, etc.

Also, the owners manual I have does not show fluid amounts and types. Does anyone know what the requirements would be for this particular machine?

Hygs you should use hytran, or equivlent. Rear end I like to use 80W-140. Also if it sat that long I would fill the cylinders with tranny fluid and let it sit a day or 2. That will prelube the cylinder, clean out rust and unstick the rings which most likely will be stuck.
