I have a Briggs 3.5 model 94909 I need to remove the engine from the mower chassis I have taken the blade off but cant get the remaining round plate off anyone help.

Are you talking the blade mount plate or the bottom of the engine?? Most have holes big enough in the deck that you can unbolt the engine from the deck and pull it right up. Now if your talking the blade mount they can be hard to get off and what I have done in the past is get a long bolt about 3-5 inches that will screw in to the blade mount hole in the shaft then use a gear puller. The long bolt gives you the room need to pop it off
