I need to repair a piece of die cast that is broken off and missing . It is a bace for a mirror.
The piece missing goes up to where a screw hole for mounting is located ....
Any alloys that can hold up available?
Any ideas will be helpfull...

Take it to someone that does heli-arc welding (TIG) There are many alloys. He can determine for you whether it can be repaired or not.
