I just removed a manifold on a 49 mt and I had some good luck using some PB Blaster on the bolts and let it sit on there for about 2 hours and then used a impact wrench to back them out. The bolts needed to be replaced but they came right out. This stuff works great can find it at many auto places and tractor supply.

Real common to twist off the bolts. When that happens, I use a oxy/acet torch to heat the cast head- not the bolts. Bolts take up too much heat too fast, tend to burn off. Heating the cast provides latent heat, and while cooling, I apply some candle wax to the bolt. Soaks into the threads and they screw out easier. If they break off flush, weld a nut over them.
